We use the information you submit only to respond to your request — to contact you about a demonstration, answer your question, or follow up on your inquiry. We do not sell this information, and we do not share it with third parties except where noted below.

Where it's stored

Demo requests are stored on the infrastructure Trusova Tech operates for this website. If email notifications are enabled, a copy of your request may pass through our email provider to alert our team — no separate marketing list is created from this.

How long we keep it

We retain demo requests for as long as reasonably needed to respond to you and maintain a record of business inquiries. If you'd like your information deleted, contact us using the details below and we will remove it.

Sentri and camera footage

This policy covers the website you're reading. It does not cover data processed by a deployed Sentri system at a customer's site. Sentri is designed to run on infrastructure the customer controls: footage, face enrollments, and detection records stay on that infrastructure and are not transmitted to Trusova Tech as part of normal operation. Each customer is responsible for their own data handling and legal obligations (including consent and signage requirements) for the cameras and premises Sentri is deployed on.
